If you believe a refund is warranted for another reason, please contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider. We are happy to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting LAREprep may result in suspension or termination of access to LAREprep resources, at our discretion.
